Garantía de participación: consiste en que si por cualquier causa sus recaudos completos y correctos son recibidos después de la fecha tope y antes de la fecha final de registro oficial, se hará todo lo posible por efectuar el registro de su aplicación mientras el sistema oficial lo permita. En caso de no permitirlo o que los mismos no fueron recibidos a tiempo, por ejemplo: fotos no cumplen las características solicitadas, discrepancia en los datos enviados y documentos oficiales, pago incompleto o no pudo ser verificado, los esta enviando después de la fecha final, esta participando después de esta fecha, no llegaron a tiempo. una vez que nos haga llegar los mismos completos y correctos, efectuaremos su participación en el próximo sorteo de visas americanas a realizarse sin ningún costo adicional para Usted siempre y que su país de nacimiento participe y el sorteo se realice nuevamente el próximo año.
En caso de que el Congreso de los Estados Unidos cancele o elimine el Programa de Inmigración Diversa. Si la cancelación o eliminación del Programa de Inmigración Diversa sucede después del inicio de la fecha oficial de registro, cuando ya AMEVISANET haya realizado el registro de sus datos, queda sin efecto esta opción, así como cualquier reembolso debido a que es una causa de fuerza mayor que no esta bajo el control de AMEVISANET.
Política de Reembolso: Se efectuará el reembolso del importe pagado y en la misma forma que efectuó el pago, menos un máximo del 7% por gastos administrativos (si aplican), en unos 7 a 10 días hábiles, solamente de aquellos pagos que califiquen dentro de las siguientes condiciones: 1.- Luego de efectuar su pago, se determinó que usted NO es elegible para participar en la lotería de este año. 2.- Usted envió todos sus recaudos correctamente y por razones ajenas a nuestra voluntad, no se pudo efectuar el registro de su aplicación durante el periodo oficial (a excepción de las participaciones cubiertas por nuestra garantía de participación). No se procesarán solicitudes de reembolso por cambios de opinión a último momento, como por ejemplo: decidió efectuar el registro por su cuenta o a través de otra página de participación. En este caso, solo podremos autorizar el crédito a favor de su importe pagado para uso posterior en nuestros servicios de participación de lotería de visas en años subsiguientes.
